The Lazero° Methodology
At Lazero° we pride ourselves in the success of our projects and treat each project with a personal touch. We attribute our success factor to a well managed project utilizing adequate resources (human & material). Managing software projects entails having a full understanding of the requirements, risk management, accurate budget estimations & timelines and choosing the right project members & technology. Three main questions guide our understanding and delivery of IT projects on time and on track:
We refer to these as the WWW of web development
- What?
- What are the features?
- Who?
- Who is the end user?
- When?
- When is the delivery time?
Typically, our software development life cycle comprises four steps:
- Requirements
- Project requirements collected from the client
- Project requirements analyzed by the Lazero° appointed Project Manager (PM)
- A detailed breakdown of the project (proposed solution, timeline and pricing) is sent to client for approval
- Design
- The PM selects his team members based on project requirements and member’s core proficiency
- The PM sets up the project on our Project Management System (PMS) which is accessible to all project members
- The PM assigns tasks to project members via the PMS
- Coding
- Development begins based on tasks assigned
- Testing & Delivery
- Solution is compared side by side with the specified client requirements, if any requirements are not met, the project goes back to the design phase and loops until such lapses are resolved.
