At Lazero°, we have put in place a reliable Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that ensures that business operations are uninterrupted by natural and artificial disasters. This BCP includes but is not limited to the following:

• Power Supply
  • We have put in place an alternate power supply system to handle our operations uninterrupted (without public power source) for a least a period of 240hrs. The system includes but is not limited to:
    • Petrol & Diesel Generators
    • UPS on all Laptops, Desktops & Servers
    • Solar Panels and Wind Turbines
    • Battery Packs/Inverters & Surge Protectors 
• Internet Redundancy
  • We have two dedicated high speed internet access from 2 different ISPs (Internet Service Providers) running concurrently, ensuring 99.9% internet uptime.
• Medical Emergencies
  • We have made arrangements for proper healthcare for our staff to ensure the availability of immediate treatment to them in times of ill health. Also, all projects are documented and project files made available on our extranet, so in the event of unforeseen medical emergencies, a new team member can be easily assigned to replace an unavailable member (even the project manager).
• Fire & Other Data Losses
  • Our servers are in 3 geographic locations and data is synchronised between all 3 locations and are backed up daily and weekly.
• Strategic Partnerships
  • We have put in place strategic partnerships with offshore partners to ensure full additional support in the event of excess workload or staff shortages.
